Plastik Sanatlar Bölümü olarak amacımız; öğrencilerimizin MEF Okullarında almış olduğu sanat eğitimiyle, duygu, düşünce ve  tasarımlarını; biçimlendirme teknik ve yöntemleri kullanarak estetik bir bütünlük içinde  kendini ifade etmesinde rehber olmaktır.

Her çocuk yaratıcıdır. Kendilerini keşfedip yeteneklerinin farkına varmalarını sağlayan gerekli teknik donanıma sahip farklı alanlarda; alanında uzman öğretmenler eşliğinde sanatsal anlamda kendilerini özgürce ifade etme imkanı sağlanır.

Plastik Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü kapsamında; Görsel Sanatlar dersi 5. sınıflarda “Sanat Döngüsü” başlığıyla grafik ve özgün baskı resim, seramik, heykel, karikatür-illüstrasyon alanlarında düzenlenmektedir.

Plastik Sanatlar Bölümü amaçları doğrultusunda öğrencilerimizin,

• Görsel okuryazarlık, algı ve estetik bilincine sahip,
• Görsel sanatlar alanındaki temel kavram ve uygulamalar konusunda bilgi, beceri ve anlayışa sahip,
• Güncel kültür-sanat nesnelerini bilinçli olarak izleyen,
• Görsel sanatlara ait kültürel mirasın değerini anlayan ve onları koruyan,
• Görsel sanat çalışmalarında bilgi, malzeme, beceri, teknik ile teknolojiyi etkin ve güvenli bir şekilde kullanarak düşüncelerini ifade eden,
• Görsel sanatları diğer disiplinlerle ilişkilendirerek, edindikleri sanat kültürü ve estetik bilincini hayatlarının her alanında kendilerini özgürce ifade ederken kullanabilen 

bireyler olması hedeflenmektedir.

As the Department of Plastic Arts, our aim is to guide our students to express themselves in an aesthetic integrity by using the art education they have received at MEF Schools, their feelings, thoughts and designs, shaping techniques and methods.

Every child is creative. They are provided with the opportunity to express themselves freely in the artistic sense in different areas with the necessary technical equipment that enable them to discover themselves and realize their talents, accompanied by teachers who are experts in their fields.

Within the scope of the Department of Plastic Arts Education; Visual Arts course is organized in the 5th grade under the title of “Art Cycle” in the fields of graphic and original print painting, ceramics, sculpture, caricature-illustration.

In line with the aims of the Department of Plastic Arts, we aim our students to become individuals who

• have visual literacy, perception and aesthetic awareness,
• have knowledge, skills and understanding of basic concepts and practices in the field of visual arts,
• consciously monitor current culture and art objects,
• understand the value of the cultural heritage of the visual arts and protect it,
• express their thoughts by using knowledge, materials, skills, techniques and technology effectively and safely in visual art works,
• can associate visual arts with other disciplines and use the art culture and aesthetic awareness they have acquired in all areas of their lives while expressing themselves freely.
